Line Management

Based on Charles Trevor-Roper's much used one day Motivational Management course, we will be publishing an online course, developed for supervisors and line managers. You will be able to purchase a licence for this so that you can use it in house for developing your management team. The course will be designed to be delivered in 8 one hour units, to fit in with work rotas, and to allow delegates to apply their learning in the workplace as the course progresses.

Customer Service


As above we are currently developing a Customer Service course. This will include a lot of the new thinking about customer service developed in the United States.
