Who are we?

Coaching to Success consists of a group of Business Trainers and Coaches based in the South West of the UK. The senior coach is Charles Trevor-Roper, who has a wealth of experience within the hospitality, tourism and leisure sectors in the South West. We deliver management training to hotels, restaurants, pubs and any hospitality, tourism or leisure business. We believe that good Hotel and Leisure Management practices can overcome all the current Human Resource problems of high staff turnover, and low productivity. All our trainers and coaches have considerable small business experience and a great belief in the use of coaching as a business tool.
