Shop - Coaching to Success 90 Minute Training

Do your own training in-house.  Below are listed a series of training programs for you to download and use to develop the principles of "Motivational Management" within your own business.  Each program is in a zipped folder and contains Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point files for you to use.  The workbook and Handout files are read only, which means you can print them out as much as you like, but you cannot edit them. Each program includes a timed training plan, all handouts, a Power Point presentation, trainer notes and a full workbook for delegates to take from the training session.

You can download a pdf file from our Newsletter / Downloads page which contains samples of the first Supervisors training program, in order to view the content before purchasing.  Other programs follow the same format.

Each training session is designed to take 90 minutes, in our view the longest time you will be able to take a team away from operations.  In this way training will not have too much impact on wage costs.  Larger courses are divided into 90 minute sections, and follow a sequence, and so should be delivered in that order - although they can be used as standalone units if required.  Also some materials are duplicated between courses, for example between the Managers and Supervisors courses, and between the Managers and Time Management courses.  We have also added a couple of courses that are not really to do with "Motivational Management", like Wine Appreciation - we just like wine!

Secure payment is made through a PayPal shopping cart, if you do not have an account with PayPal, you can press a button to access an area where you can pay by credit card.  Once payment details are confirmed you will be directed to a download site where you can save the zipped folder or folders onto your PC.

We are currently working on these programs, and items will become available over the next few months. if you want to be notified when a Training Program becomes available please contact us now, and we will e-mail you as soon as it is ready for download.
